The Delivery Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of a portfolio of client engagements and the overall health of the teams assigned to those engagements.
This role serves as the bridge between clients, consultants, Team Leads, and executive leadership, ensuring that projects are delivered successfully, consultants are supported and developed, and client relationships remain strong.
The Delivery Manager is ultimately accountable for delivery quality, team health, client satisfaction, utilisation, and operational excellence across their portfolio.
The role requires regular engagement with clients and consultants on-site and is expected to maintain a strong presence within client environments.
